Purchasing from Spook
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
The easiest option is to pay online with a valid credit/debit card. We use PayPal and Google Checkout. Most major cards are accepted.
We offer the following payment options to customers who prefer not to pay on line:
By Telephone: Credit/Debit Card details taken over the phone. Please call us on 0845 2000 752.
Cheque: Please send a cheque, made out to ‘Spook Limited’, for the total amount including VAT and delivery to Spook Limited, Castle Court, 41 London Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 9RJ. Please state clearly the goods required and your delivery address.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event a mistake has been made in pricing or if we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Warranty: Unless otherwise stated all goods carry a 12 month 'back to base' warranty.
Returns Policy
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of the date of collection or delivery.
Such notice may be given by contacting us first. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost.
All goods must be returned in original packing and undamaged. Spook Limited reserves the right to charge a standard 15% handling/restocking charge on goods returned due to being incorrectly ordered, no longer required or deemed unsuitable after sale and delivery.
